  • Examine title reports for potential issues (title and lien searches)
  • Attend and represent client at closings
  • Attend Closing and review and explain all documents you will be signing
  • Ensure that correct mortgage or sale proceeds are received and accounted for
  • Prepare and provide detailed Closing Statement for clients
